Kat Knight, PA-C

Hello! My name is Kathleen (Kat) Knight and I am excited to be entering into the Reagan Medical family.

I grew up in San Gabriel, California and a huge part of my life (before PA school) was horseback riding, my dogs and the beach. I attended Chapman University in Orange, California and earned a bachelors of arts in sociology with a minor in human biology. There, I competed in the college equestrian team, worked at the school gymnasium and volunteered at a therapeutic horseback riding facility for disabled youth.

My medical experience began as an ER volunteer, later an EMT-B, then a physical therapist aide, and finally a medical assistant at both an orthopedic clinic and a primary care office. In 2021 I participated in an international medical aid program in Africa for one month shadowing and assisting healthcare professionals in a variety of specialties.

I moved to Georgia in 2022 for Emory’s PA program where I received my masters in Physician Assistant Studies last December. I currently reside in Sandy Springs, I have 2 cats and a dog and a fiance. I have an optimistic personality and love to talk about animals (try me).
